Origins and alleged methods of Monarch Mind Control
Are we all CIA sex slaves?
Over one million sex offenders are required to endure registration, shame and dehumanization, unconstitutional humiliation, even though many of them are normal sexually. This is a mind control scheme to demonize political individuals and nonconformers.
The Kinsey Report and the truth about American's Sexuality
The name "Monarch" is said to derive from the monarch butterfly, a creature associated with metamorphosis and migration. In the context of the conspiracy, it refers to the theory that a subject's psyche can be systematically programmed with new identities and functions..
The alleged methodology for Monarch programming includes:
- Trauma-based mind control: The core tenet is the intentional, systematic infliction of severe trauma to cause the subject's mind to dissociate.
- Creating alter egos: The goal is to break the core personality and create an internal world of alternate personas or "alters." These alters can then be triggered and manipulated by programmers.
- Symbolic imagery: Programming is allegedly reinforced with specific visual images and symbols, such as butterflies, trees, mirrors, masks, and mazes. Popular culture references, like the movie The Wizard of Oz, are also cited as tools used in the programming.
- "Marionette Syndrome": The conspiracy theory is also referred to as the "Marionette Syndrome," with the manipulated subject likened to a puppet on strings, controlled by a master.
Connection to Project MKUltra
MKUltra was a real, illegal CIA program from the 1950s to the 1970s that involved human experimentation for the purpose of mind control. While the CIA admitted to MKUltra and its unethical nature, the Monarch conspiracy theory goes much further by claiming the program continued and evolved. The CIA's own documentation of MKUltra, which was widely condemned after being exposed, has been used by conspiracy theorists to lend a veneer of credibility to Monarch claims.
Promoters of the conspiracy
- Cathy O'Brien: A prominent figure associated with Monarch programming, O'Brien claims to be a victim of the program in her self-published books, Trance Formation of America and Access Denied. Scholars and journalists point out numerous inconsistencies in her stories and state there is no credible evidence for her claims.
- Fritz Springmeier: A convicted felon and conspiracy theorist, Springmeier has written books detailing the Illuminati and their alleged use of Monarch programming.
In popular culture
The concept of trauma-based mind control has appeared in media, often drawing from or alluding to the MKUltra and Monarch conspiracies.
- Movies: The 2008 short film Monarch deals directly with a character undergoing the alleged program. Some fans of Stanley Kubrick's The Shining also speculate that the film contains references to Monarch programming.
- Podcasts: The conspiracy theory is frequently discussed on podcasts that cover "declassified mysteries," "dark history," and other fringe topics.
